1.Agreement

By submitting this application, the Applicant requests a monthly credit account with the La Veen Coffee entity operating your selected store (as identified on your monthly invoice) for the supply of coffee, drinks, food, and related goods. Approval is at La Veen's sole discretion and La Veen may decline or close any account without reason.

2.Billing & payment

La Veen will issue a monthly statement on the last day of each calendar month covering all goods supplied that month. Payment is due in full by the end of the following month by EFT to the bank account nominated on the invoice.

3.Pricing tiers

• Where the Applicant's total spend in a calendar month is less than $150 (ex GST), an administration fee of $45 (ex GST) will be added to that month's bill.
• Where total monthly spend is between $150 and $300 (ex GST), standard list pricing applies with no admin fee.
• Where total monthly spend exceeds $300 (ex GST), a 5% discount will be applied to that month's total bill (ex GST).
• Tiers are assessed each month independently and are not cumulative across months.

4.Suspension of supply

La Veen may suspend or refuse supply if any invoice remains unpaid past its due date, until the account is brought current. No late payment interest is charged.

5.Price changes

La Veen may change wholesale prices on 30 days' written notice by email to the Applicant's nominated contact email above. Continued ordering after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6.Account closure

Either party may close the account on 15 days' written notice. All outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable on closure.

7.Disputes

Any disputed invoice must be raised within 14 days of the statement date. Undisputed amounts remain payable by the due date.

8.Privacy

The Applicant consents to La Veen collecting, holding and using the information in this application for the purposes of account assessment and ongoing account management. La Veen will not disclose this information to third parties except as required by law.

9.Authority & signature

The signatory below warrants that they are duly authorised to sign on behalf of the business named above and to bind that business to these terms. Electronic signature is treated as valid under the Electronic Transactions Act 2011 (WA).

10.Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of WA.
